Nonahood News Print
Yes, it’s still relevant. Hyperlocal print is experiencing a renaissance, but don’t take our word for it: Based on the City of Orlando survey, Nonahood News is the #2 source of local information, only behind the Nextdoor social network.
PRINT: Our print newspaper continues to lead the Lake Nona area with the highest circulation of original content of any local publication. Print provides brand exposure and high end positioning that generates conversation among an informed, affluent, active audience.
Premier audience: Nonahood News is the leading news publication in Lake Nona. 40,000+ residents receive each monthly issue, growing each month as new homes / apartments are built.

Located in the southeast corner of Orlando, the “Nonahood” consists of nearly 10,000 acres of residential neighborhoods and local businesses. A multitude of master-planned and developed communities has resulted in the Nonahood becoming one of the top ten fastest-growing areas in the country. Additionally, the region is home to the USTA National Campus, the Orlando VA Medical Center, Nemours Children’s Hospital, the University of Central Florida (UCF) Medical School, the University of Florida (UF) College of Pharmacy, Valencia College Lake Nona Campus, the Amazon Fulfillment Center, Boxi Park, and Nona Adventure Park, just to name a few of our unique amenities. Other major developments include KPMG’s training center, the UCF Cancer Center, the UCF Teaching Hospital, the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute, the Lake Nona Performance Club, and the Lake Nona Town Center, a massive outdoor shopping center that will include a luxury movie theater.
Young and educated: The average age is 36 with nearly 50% of them with college degrees. 40% of the homes have children under 18 living in them.
Direct mail distribution: 23,000+ mailed to households and businesses. As new homes are built, they are included in our distribution.
Drop-off distribution: 2,000+ additional copies are distributed at newstands and other stack/drop-off locations throughout the Lake Nona area.
