## Nona Connect Cover Print Specs

Nona Connect magazine is a full color, 8.25" x 10.75" finished size glossy magazine.
Printing is done at 300DPI with CMYK process color.
ICC Color Profile: U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2.

Spot colors should not be used.
Four color black should not be used.

## Margins, Safe Area, and Masthead

.25" must be added outside the finished size for full bleed / trim.
.25" inner margin should be added as a 'safe area' - no important elements (text, etc.) should be in the extreme edge of the finished size.

Our masthead is translucent and extends down 1.75" from the top of the finished size.

Designs are encouraged to extend upwards into the masthead, but no important elements should be in the area where the masthead is displayed.

We have also created a template file to make layout of your artwork easier. In the image below, the red line is the trim line, and the yellow line is the safe line.

## Template Layers - Hide Our Guides!

The template has a layer called 'Masthead' which includes the masthead and safe and trim guides. This layer must not be included in your final artwork output.

Based on all of the above, the final size for a cover image of Nona Connect will have the following measurements:

- Pixels: 2625 x 3375
- Inches: 8.75" x 11.25" (300 DPI)

**Final output should be CMYK color, 300DPI, U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 color profile, PDF format.**
